| Function for type KNE-H and
KNE-L
The machines are normally started by the bar handling control system when the bars are collected into the bundle pocket. When the start signal is received the wire guide is closing and wire is fed. An electric magnet locks the wire end inside the twisting head. The wire stretches around the bundle with a pre-chosen force. A knot is then twisted and the wire is cut by the twisting head. The sequence ends when the wire guide opens up and a ready signal is sent to the bar handling control system. major advantages
