The Sund Birsta wire binding machine type KNS is designed for wire binding of small and sub bundles of bars, small section etc, and also for small wire rod coils in special applications. 

Each machine is a self-contained unit which simplifies installation and improves reliability. 

This makes it capable of meeting the requirements of most producers of small to medium sized bundles in new applications or existing plants. 

Hydraulic unit equipped with propotional valve for pressure control of the various operations of the binding machine. An optional oil cooler is include. 

The machine is available with high or low mounted binding heads as well as a movable machine which can travel along a bundle of bars. There are also different wire guide track sizes available and the machine can be supplied to operate with binding wire from 3 mm to 6 mm diameter.
