The Sund Birsta wire binding machine type KNSB is primarily used for automatic binding of large and heavy bundles of bars. 

The machine utilizes 5.5 mm wire, which is tightly formed around the bundlles and securely tied. 

(Option: This KNSB-6/650 D is equipped with double turn track.) 

Control panel and programmable controller(PLC) for both automatic and manual operation including connections for integrated installations. 

Hydraulic unit equipped with propotional valve for pressure control of the various operations of the binding machine. An optional oil cooler is include. 

Double turn track as option.

Frame on base plate with 4 guiding wheels 

Binding unit with feeding and twisting unit and wire guide track. 

Hydraulic unit with pump and electric motor.
