Q. 81. What is forbidden in the tenth commandment?
A. The tenth commandment forbiddeth all discontentment with our own estate,[171] envying or grieving at the good of our neighbor, and all inordinate motions and affections to anything that is his.[172]
[171] 1 Corinthians 10:10. Neither murmur ye, as some of them also murmured, and were destroyed of the destroyer. James 3:14-16. But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth. This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish. For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.
[172] Galatians 5:26. Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another. Colossians 3:5. Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry.

답. 제 십 계명에 금하는 것은 우리의 처지를 부족히 여기거나 이웃의 행복을 시기하거나 이웃에 있는 모든 물건에 대한 불의한 행동과 감정이다.
(1) 우리의 처지를 부족히 여기는 것 (고전 10:10 )
(2) 이웃의 행복을 시기하는 것 (갈 5:26 , 약 3:14-16 )
(3) 남의 물건에 대하여 불의한 행동과 감정을 갖는 것 (롬 7:7 , 골 3:5 )
