OXYTECHNIK delivers hard and software for CAM-systems. Connection with existing main frames and CAD-systems are possible via OXYTECHNIK interfaces.

Troublefree operation is ensured by only one supplier for machinery and software conforming the technology applied. The system controls the processing line by downloading of data to each workstation(DNC) and enables just-in-time fabrication indicating to the management bottle necks by material and capacity.

Example of a CAM-system designed for the OXYTECHNIK pipe processing line and applied at Yarrow Shipbuilders/Great Britain. The stand-alone computer can be linked to the main frame of the yard via OXYTECHNIK interface.

1 and 2 automatic cutting of shipbuilding sections including transporting, marking, and labeling at Avondale Industries/USA.

3 and 4 automatic pipe processing line. Flanges are welded simultaneously to both ends by 4 self guided torches, Verolme Shipyard/Brazil.
