"Welding before bending" is the technology which has triggered the implementation of mechanized pipe fabrication. Easy handling and processing in a flow line is possible as long as pipes are straight. Therefore cold bending is the final station. 

Mechanzation of pipe procesing of pipe processing reduces the production times drastically when compared to manual fabrication. This results in much lower cost per piece. The savings justify the implementation of a pipe processing line and show a quick return on the capital expenditure. 

OXYTECHNIK designs all types of pipe processing lines. Mechanization can be applied in several steps depending on the fabrication requirements. Controls are available from a push-button control for a smaller pipe shop to a CNC system with DNC data transfer from a main frame computer.
