| Oxytechnik manufactures various types of machines for welding flanges
to pipes. The main feature of all these machines is joining and welding
in one station. Any further machining process is eliminated.
If quantities are limited semi-mechanized welding equipment is required. It handles a wide scope of different materials and flanges, and even large pipe diameters. |

| Plasma welding with its high energy arc is preferred for weld-neck
flanges, etc.
Automatic flange welding machines were specially designed for the shipbuilding industry. The required output is accomplished by fully automated working cycles, including loading and unloading of pipes, by joining pipes and flanges, and welding with four torches simultaneously. |

| Flange magazines and fume exhaustion can be added to the welding machines.
CAM-systems control automatic welding machines in DNC mode if a high throughput is required. |

| Brazing is necessary to join special alloys. Surface treatment as cleaning and pickling, etc. can be integrated in the system. |
