(약03:13,17 너희 중에 지혜와 총명이 있는 자가 누구뇨 그는 선행으로 말미암아 지혜의 온유함으로 그 행함을 보일지니라 오직 위로부터 난 지혜는 첫째 성결하고 다음에 화평하고 관용하고 양순하며 긍휼과 선한 열매가 가득하고 편벽과 거짓이 없나니

KJV- Who [is] a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom. 17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, [and] easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.

ASV- Who is wise and understanding among you? let him show by his good life his works in meekness of wisdom. 17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without variance, without hypocrisy. 

RSV- Who is wise and understanding among you? By his good life let him show his works in the meekness of wisdom. 17 But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, without uncertainty or insincerity. 

13 你们中间谁是有智慧有见识的呢？他就当在智慧的温柔上显出他的善行来。 17 惟独从上头来的智慧，先是清洁，後是和平，温良柔顺，满有怜悯，多结善果，没有偏见，没有假冒。 

13 あなたがたのうちで， 知惠のある， 賢い 人はだれでしょうか． その 人は， その 知惠にふさわしい 柔和な 行ないを， 良い 生き 方によって 示しなさい． 17 しかし， 上からの 知惠は， 第一に 純眞であり， 次に 平和， 寬容， 溫順であり， また， あわれみと 良い 實とに 滿ち， えこひいきがなく， 見せかけのないものです．
